My heart aches to know that good ol' Sal has departed this earth!! Sal was always good for a laugh...crazy as we used to call him! I shared many fond memories of Sal, myself and another dear departed classmate, Mike Doyle. We truly did have some memorable times together. Even the hell of Vietnam did not take the sparkle out of Sal's eye nor did it diminish his humor or quick wit. It is my prayer, my dear old friend, that you found the LORD and that you are resting comfortably in HIS peace forever more!! You will be sorely missed!

Sorry to hear that Sal is gone from us. Although I didn't hang around too much with him, the times that we did get together was always a laugh. He had a way of making you feel good about yourself, because he felt good about himself. And in those growing up years, we all needed to get a jolt of self-confidence. I too hope that our friend Sal found the Lord, and that radiant self is now with Him who is able to keep us forever.
